Exercise alone does have benefits. Getting out and doing cardio will help improve a person’s health. If you go to a fitness club you can meet others who share the same goals as yourself and can provide encouragement to you. Working out will not solve all weight problems. For a person to lose weight and to get fit and healthy they need to take care of the whole body through diet and exercise.
